Who We Are

Technology Driving the Energy Transition

WOWTIGER was founded in 2012. The company is headquartered in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, with an 80,000 m² manufacturing base for the production of LED drivers, battery PACKs, energy storage systems and more.

WOWTIGER focuses on the research and innovation of distributed energy storage products and microgrid technology. Our products are marketed in more than 30 countries around the world, with branches in Africa, Southeast Asia and other major markets.

The new headquarters campus includes an R&D center, a manufacturing center, a sales center and a customer service center — bringing product development, production and global support together in one integrated base.

Milestones

From a single factory to a global network — every step has been driven by our commitment to clean energy innovation.

2012

Founded in Guangdong, China

WOWTIGER was founded in Zhongshan, Guangdong, beginning with the production of LED drivers and power electronics.

2013–2016

International Market Expansion

Established first overseas offices in Southeast Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa, building local distribution and service networks.

2018

Pivot to Solar Energy Storage

After a decade of energy research, WOWTIGER launched its first photovoltaic energy storage product line, entering the global BESS market.

2019–2021

Manufacturing Scale-Up

The Zhongshan headquarters campus expanded into an integrated 80,000 m² base combining R&D, manufacturing, sales and customer service.

2022–2024

Global Product Portfolio Launched

ECO, APOLO, MAX, HG, HBI, HBSI, M700 and M2200 PRO series introduced. CE, IEC and international certifications achieved.

2026

Strategic Partnership with Highway Holdings

WOWTIGER (Huahu) signs LOI with Highway Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: HIHO) to form a majority-owned joint venture targeting the European energy storage market.
